	Wills Domain has developed into one of the premier wineries in the Margaret River Wine Region. Positioned in the Northern sub region of Yallingup, Wills Doman has an impressive range of wines which are recognized amongst Australia’s Ultra Premium Quality Table Wines. Their aim is to produce Estate wines with outstanding attributes of rarity, personality and uniqueness. These wines may be found in premium restaurants and boutique wine shops, with several trophy and award winners topping their list of offerings.

Complex, broad, developed toasty/gooseberry nose. Tightly structured palate with nice lime/lemon fruit. Cellaring time 2014.

2004 Wills Domain Shiraz
14.0% Alcohol

The Shiraz from these vines is light to medium bodied. Aromas and flavors are reminiscent of sweet red berry fruits, exotic spices, earth and vanilla. This collage of flavor is supported by a juicy acidity providing clarity and substance. Matured on French Oak, this Syrah style Shiraz is vibrant, fruit driven and well balanced.

2005 Wills Domain Chardonnay
14.0% Alcohol

Butterscotch and honey dominate the aromatics where creamy vanillin and nutty characters provide a foil for the refreshingly crisp grapefruit and stone fruit characters. The wine possesses a long fruit driven finish that is elegant and graceful.

2006 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
13.0% Alcohol

Ripe nectarines and passionfruit dominate the palate where a small oak component helps to reinforce mouth feel. A lively refreshing crispness is balanced by intense fruit profiles which give this wine great length.
